Refund and Returns Policy

Home, car and personal fragranced goods are exempt from being returned. These non returnable items include candles, wax melts and car diffusers. The reason is due to the chemical makeup of these items having potential to be tampered with. If we cannot say for certain if the product is pure as we made it, we cannot resell it. Therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your candle is damaged in shipment, please send pics of the box, all sides + label; as well as pics of the damaged item. We will reship that exact same item to you. Please keep the damaged item and box until we know if the shipping company needs it back.

IMPORTANT: WAX MELT IS NOT COVERED BY SHIPPING INSURANCE. We will NOT replace for melted wax. Please be aware before placing an order for shipping.

Non fragranced items may be returned within 14 days. You must pay the return shipping. The item must be undamaged, including free of smoke odors. If the item is returned in poor condition your refund will be reduced by 50%. You will be contacted if necessary and you will have the option to pay shipping for us to return the item back to you instead.
